well that wasn’t what i expected…

Stupid medical conditions that slow you down.

i have been diagnosed with Sacroiliitis which” is an inflammation of either just one or both of the joints that connect your lowerspine to your pelvis. It is characterized by extreme pain and a severely restricted range of motion. so now im gonna have to limit the physical excercise until it is sorted! just my luck, whenever im on a roll…something stands in my way. But im still going to the gym today haha shhh dont tell the doctor!

Goal.

I started at the end of december with slimming world, and at first i struggled to get to grips with it and now i have gone from 12.1 stone to 11.4 sadly i cant see any difference but i am setting and aim to get to 10.1 by may, every time i lost weight before i kept think “i can eat this KFC cause ive lost a pound this week” but now im not stopping, i will not stop and pictures will be posted at the beginning of may! I promise.

just done some yoga and the hollyoaks dance workout! :)

My motivation is that shopping trip at the end with all my work money!

I keep looking everywhere for stuff for over the summer when im a size 10! its making me sooooo motivated!!!!!!!!!!!!!! yay!

Been to Roller/Rolla City today!

 roller skating around was a brilliant work out and it showed how strong the muscles are in my legs because as my family complained about how their legs hurt after 20 mins i was still going around for around 2-3 hours and we only left cause we were starving! it was brilliant! definitely going back!

The one thing i cant wait for when i reach my goal

is to not have to feel like wear a cami under all my clothes in case my top comes up. its something i am very self conscious about even though i had a tattoo on my hip. Its just not very nice with the fat so this is one thing that keeps me going so one day i can say “i have a tattoo too” and show it with pride instead of hiding it.

I just joined a gym!

I used to work a virgin gym up until may, so i used to have free membership, but since leaving i have missed it so i joined a smaller local one to help with my cardio and toning. Wooooooo! and my mum and friend have joined too!

Ooooo and i have been doing the Blogilates POP Cardio

And my inner thighs hurt like hell! but i suppose that means its working!
